Our church exists to help people mobilize the Body of Christ and to use their skills, knowledge, passions, and burdens to transform lives in Monterey and the world around us with the Gospel.

Our strategy for transforming lives in Monterey and around the world include:

- Advocacy and Collaboration Efforts to further large scale restoration and change.

- Personal Evangelism to share a culturally relevant Gospel with those without Jesus Christ for the purpose of discipleship.

- Integration of Faith and Work to seek the welfare of all spheres of a culture.

- Strategic Partnerships to advance the Gospel in geographically specific areas in the fields of education, economic development, health care, youth development, criminal justice and the global church.
